Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes throughout the project lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on clash detection, model validation, and compliance with BIM standards, ensuring that all project elements are coordinated and conflict-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clash Detection: Perform clash detection analyses using BIM software, identifying potential conflicts in the digital model and producing detailed reports to communicate findings.
- Visual Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of models and deliver reports on any discrepancies or issues identified.
- Modeling Families: Create and deliver any requested model families, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Data Validation: Validate project elements to ensure compliance with construction work processes and BIM standards.
- Clash Resolution: Identify and resolve all major clashes during the design phase, collaborating with project teams to develop effective solutions.
- Parameter Control: Monitor and control all parameters related to the daily work within the digital model, ensuring specifications meet BIM standards and producing relevant reports.
