Role Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist who is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of quality management systems and processes within the organization.
This role focuses on developing procedures, monitoring compliance, and fostering continuous improvement in quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procedure Development: Develop and update standard procedures and workflows to ensure smooth process operations.
- Process Examination: Examine every process according to records, ensuring the line clearance process is completed between departments and identifying gaps in procedures.
- Workflow Resolution: Identify and resolve issues within process workflows.
- Statistical Reporting: Provide statistical reports to support findings, identify patterns, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify roadblocks to achieve quality management objectives.
- Training Development: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on quality management systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
- Complaint Documentation: Maintain documented information regarding complaints from any process or project and investigate the root causes of problems.
- Audit Support: Support second-party and certification surveillance audits, ensuring company operations comply with management standards.
- Daily Task Management: Complete daily tasks related to procedure updates and monitor non-conformance (NC) logs.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure that quality standards and Integrated Management System (IMS) regulations are observed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document quality assurance activities, assist in internal audits, and create audit reports.
