Role Overview:

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Corporate Analyst - Risk to join our team. 
This role involves conducting thorough risk assessments, analyzing key processes, and providing insights to enhance our risk management framework.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Risk Assessments: Perform detailed risk assessments in accordance with approved methodologies and criteria for functions, projects, and operating departments.
  • Work-Paper Preparation: Prepare accurate, logical, and detailed work papers that clearly describe the work performed, maintaining supporting information.
  • Walkthroughs and Documentation: Conduct detailed walkthroughs with lines of business, functions, and projects, create and maintain risk register documentation.
  • Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Assist in identifying and monitoring key risks and compiling special purpose reports and coordinate with all operating departments, functions, and projects for data submission and information gathering for risk assessments at predetermined intervals.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare special purpose reports, summaries, and presentations based on collected data and analyses.
  • Project Assistance: Provide assistance in the execution of special projects as assigned, which may include data analysis, reviewing documentation, and conducting interviews.

Qualifications and Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in risk analysis, risk management, or corporate analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
