Role Overview:


We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer (Finance & Operations).


This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into effective technical solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

 

Reporting Line: Application Support Team leader


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to address client-specific needs, including data modeling, business process flows, and system integrations.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design documents, specifications, and test plans, to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, other developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients throughout the project, ensuring that solutions meet their business requirements.
  • System Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough system testing, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality assurance checks to ensure the stability and functionality of the Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

     

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • From 2-4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development, particularly in Finance & Operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and X++ programming.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and best practices.
