Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated BIM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing 3D models for our projects, establishing BIM standards, and ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of project data throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3D Model Development: Create and manage 3D models for projects.
- BIM Standards & Protocols: Establish and maintain BIM standards and protocols to ensure consistency in model creation and documentation across the organization.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports from the BIM model, such as project status updates, to support weekly project planning and management.
- Team Support: Provide assistance to project team members on BIM software, ensuring timely dissemination of project status information.
- Data Management: Organize and manage project data, including model files, drawings, and documentation, ensuring they are properly stored and easily accessible to all team members throughout the project cycle.
- Model Verification: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM models by verifying that all information is correct and adheres to project standards and guidelines.
